Getting Started

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Use the homepage lead form to tell us about your fleet, contact details, and any DOT information you want us to review.

Step 2: Confirm the Deadline

Tell us which filing or renewal deadline matters so we can confirm the scope and timing before the work starts.

Step 3: Send the Required Information Early

All filings are submitted at least 5 business days before your regulatory deadline. To meet that commitment, we need your information no later than 10 business days before the due date.

We may ask for business details, fleet information, insurance context, or filing records so the work can move forward cleanly.

Step 4: We Prepare and Submit the Filing

Step 5: Watch for Confirmation and Follow-Up

Monitor your email and phone for confirmation details, any missing-information request, or the next operational update from our team.

Filing Types

MCS-150 / Biennial Update

Required every two years based on your USDOT number. This update keeps your FMCSA registration current with accurate information about your operations, vehicle count, and driver details.

BOC-3 Process Agent

A blanket of coverage designation that appoints process agents in all states where you operate. Required for all interstate carriers and brokers.

UCR Registration

The Unified Carrier Registration is an annual requirement for motor carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, and leasing companies operating in interstate commerce.

IFTA Quarterly Filings

IFTA requires quarterly fuel tax reports for carriers operating in two or more jurisdictions. Saa3a tracks all four quarterly deadlines and files on your behalf.

Annual Plan Structure

Plans are organized around the recurring compliance work small fleets need handled throughout the year. Final service scope is confirmed during the follow-up process, not through on-site checkout.

Government Filing Fees

Government filing fees are separate from the annual service fee and are passed through when applicable to the filing or renewal being handled.

Support Escalation

Phone support is available for Growth 10–14 and Growth 15–19 plan subscribers. Growth 10–14 receives next-business-day callback. Growth 15–19 receives same-day priority routing.

After Filing

Saa3a runs on a proactive filing schedule. Here is what to expect once your request is in motion.

Standard filings follow a proactive SLA-based workflow to ensure submission ahead of regulatory deadlines. For urgent situations, a Rush Filing (24-hour turnaround) add-on is available once all required information and fees are received. This option is conditional and subject to availability, and does not replace the standard SLA process.

  • Watch for a confirmation email or team follow-up with the next action.
  • Keep any confirmation details, filing references, or service emails for your records.
  • Respond quickly if our team requests missing information needed to complete the work.

Important: The website itself does not process the filing outcome. It acts as the intake point while service delivery and any external submission steps move through the operational workflow.
