All filings are submitted at least 5 business days before your regulatory deadline. To meet that commitment, we need your information no later than 10 business days before the due date.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information. Required filing details must be provided no later than 10 business days before the due date. If information is incomplete or late, the SLA commitment does not apply.
Rush Filing
Rush Filing is a paid add-on available to active customers only. The 24-hour turnaround window begins only after all required information is received and all applicable fees are paid. Rush Filing is subject to availability and does not replace or override the standard SLA process.
Third-Party Systems and No Guarantee
Government systems and external platforms may affect submission timing or confirmation visibility. Website use and form submission do not guarantee regulatory outcomes, approvals, or service delivery without separate engagement and operational review.
Limitation of Liability
Saa3a is not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by incomplete client information, late submissions, or external systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saa3a is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on website content without confirmed service engagement.
